hey guys, weve got like one week left and still got some filming as you know so heres a little schedule that if we stick to will hopefully mean we can be finished by friday, this is spesh for tim as you werent here today :D

tuesday - 2pm me and tim but the footage up, 3pm you 4 film the remaining footage needed with as much extra stuff as possible just incase. me and alastair will then load everything up on the comps and start editing.

weds-fri - me and alastair will edit with your help to make sure it looks how we all agree and you 3 crack on with the workbook and stuff

on thursday if we all look at everything weve got and whats edited so far then we can make a final check and use thursday as a re-shoot day if any is needed.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqGcQfKsNoE - this is only a short clip but i like how it creates a bit of pace and sound quite sci-fi which is the kind of sounds we need to create, especially when thinking about the POV from the virus as we want to make a sound that as soon as yo hear it you know its not human and feels quite threatening

In 28 days later a virus is spread and eventually 'takes over the world'. In one scene a crow drops blood into a mans eye and he becomes infected. This kind of passing of the virus is the kind of thing we want to go for (except just from human to human). The no fuss way of people getting infected is the point of our film, because we're showing how the virus goes on a journey and is easily spread from carrier to carrier. http://www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi4071817497/ this is a trailer for the film and at the beginning you see the shot of the blood dropping in his eye and how he becomes infected.

in our film we want to use images like these when the researcher/scientist looks into the microscope, or to introduce the idea of a virus at the beginning with the definition.
